Very nice, clean, comfortable room for the price. Staff very helpful at front desk. Only drawback was insufficient attention to the complimentary breakfast.

Disliked: Floors weren’t clean, furniture visibly old, pool area not clean, women at front desk was extremely rude, bed uncomfortable.

Disliked: When it says no payment needed, pay at the property.Don't try and charge their card before they get there, because they could be booking for someone else. I called the property and the Lady was really nasty when I was explaining the situation she cancelled my reservations, because I said they would pay when they got there.

Disliked: It was dirty, I couldn’t understand the staff, they had to switch our room because the tv wouldn’t work, the noise was constant and the water was yellow

Disliked: Then the staff are liars and rude .. they don’t let you know at check in that their water is yellow and don’t care they will argue with you and over charge you everything . City tax is 10$. Not 11 plus tax equaling 20$ . They try to get over and very rude . Was gonna extend but she tried to charge me 270 with no comp for the yellow water in hot tub

Liked: I and my sister were in town for a Family Reunion, we were highly satisfied with our stay at Ramadan by Windham.
Disliked: A longer stay however that will be next year praise God .
