Its definitely a great budget...

Liked: Hot water. Clean towels. Friendly staff. TV and wifi.
Disliked: Lurking patrons coming up to you and sitting in stairwells. Blood on my bed linens. No elevator for second floor. Run down location with transients. AC worked so well couldn't keep it running at night or you would freeze.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was clean and the temp was really cool when we checked in. The front desk guy was really funnyThe bed was very comfortable
Disliked: Unfortunately we ended up having an emergency and had to leave after a couple hours.

Disliked: Dirty, charge extra deposit, water dripping

Disliked: Too many problems with room. They fixed them finally; however should have been fixed before we got there.

Liked: Pretty much just the location plenty of eateries gas stations couple restaurants in walking distance
Disliked: Well we first came here the things on the TV was disconnected had to get some help to get it connected the place needs clean came in crumbs up and down the stairway from the first to second floor this is not really clean

Not worth the money I...

Disliked: I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this location. The main reason it was so inexpensive became painfully clear: the cleanliness of the rooms was severely lacking. Upon arrival, the room I initially booked had not been cleaned after the previous guest, which was already off-putting. After addressing the issue with the staff, I was moved to a new room, but unfortunately, that one was no better. The bathroom was in a deplorable state, with unwashed surfaces and poor sanitation, which made me uncomfortable. Additionally, the television was non-functional, leaving me without any entertainment during my stay. To make matters worse, the breakfast provided was far from satisfactory—it was poorly prepared and unappetizing. Overall, this place fell short on multiple fronts, leading to a thoroughly unpleasant experience.
