When I walked into the room, I was shocked at how unclean it seemed. It looked like the carpet hadn't been vaccumed, the tv had bad reception, the faucet in the dining area barely had any pressure. The outside looked neglected with weeds growing everywhere. It seemed very old and outdated and run down. Even though we had a smoker's room, I thought they could have at least tried to spray some air freshener. I was unhappy with the room. The staff however was very polite.

Disliked: Everything dirty run down. The breakfast was terrible. Coffee lukewarm and the urn full of grounds. Stated online they had a pool got there and is closed. Got out of the elevator and and was immediately hit by sewer smell. Asked if we could check in two hours early had to pay ten dollars an hour. Water stains on the ceiling. Floor creeked chunks of wall missing. They have a lot of nerve charging what they do.

Disliked: I REPORTED TO THE RECEPTIONIST MY ROOM HAD A BED BUG UNFORTUNATELY VALIDATING A GUEST REVIEW POSTED 8 DAYS PRIOR - DUE DILIGENCES; MY DOOR'S HINGE LOCK WAS INOPERATIVE - SECURITY; AND THE TUB'S DRAIN WAS SLOW CAUSING WATER TO FILL IN IT WHILE SHOWERING!

Disliked: The pool was closed, the ceiling has a previous water leak, ceiling was peeling, mattress covers were stained and dirty,shower head was dirty, there was a ceiling leak in the hallway, they were using a garbage can to catch the water. Trash was piled up by the ice machine for 2 days, garbage was sitting in front of a door for 2 days.

Liked: Family can out of town to enjoy grandchild birthday. Service was horrible couldn't even speak with a manager.. Danie state he'll be thier by 3pm. The vending machine wasn't working, and pool wasn't available which is the reason we pick this facility
