Clean and good service. Overall enjoyed my stay. Close to everything.
Disliked: Beds not comfortable.

Liked: Comfortable beds; clean rooms.
Disliked: Needed better security to deal with the loud and drunk people banging doors and yelling at all hours of the night.

Liked: Comfy beds; overall great service; good food in restaurant and good service.
Disliked: Not enough coffee cups or towels in room, though we were charged for 4 people in room. When charges are extreme, guests should not need to request these extra items - they should be brought to the room automatically once this change is made in your system. We only had 2 towels and 2 coffee cups for 4 people. No bottle cap openers on site.

Disliked: Breakfast was a joke. Eggs were not edible!! Only has sausage and eggs for hot food. Might be the deciding factor in me staying again.

Not happy how things were...
Liked: The room that we were switched too after the horrible room we first had to stay in.
Disliked: We booked online for 3nights and was checked into a smoking room, which didn?t realize they still existed and it was very dirty, we had to clean it ourselves to make it fit to stay in. Although they did switch us for our last night in the best room they have, (we greatly appreciated). When we went to go check out we were told we owed $92.21 we told the worker we stayed 3 nights we owe more, she said no we don?t she couldnt find the charges anywhere. So we thought maybe because of the horrible room we had they cleared the charges for those 2 nights..we asked the worker to promise us we wouldn?t be charged and she said we wouldn?t be and if we were to call back and they would refund us. (We wanted to pay cash not be charged to our CC and have to pay the exchange) so sure enough 2 days after we leave we are charged nearly $300 on our CC, I called and told them we tried paying before leaving and told what the worker said and was told can?t give us both nights free(but would refund one, but still haven?t saw a credit). I have left messages for the General manager Free and emailed him and never heard anything back from him and it?s been over a week since we stayed there.. Pictures to follow of the cleaning we had to do to be able to handle staying in the room (275) not recommend at all. Was even told by workers it?s the worst room in the hotel!!!! I did not want to have to put this review on here, all it would have took not to was to hear back from the General manager on the matter and not be charged for the 2 nights like we were promised we wouldn?t be. We now have to pay more for the room then we planned too.

Disliked: Room was cold even with thermostat up to 75. Blankets were thin, mattress had bumps in it. Door in bathroom was dirty. Staff were having social hour behind the desk upon arrival.

Horrible Will be staying at...
Liked: Not much I cared for
Disliked: Noisy all night! There was no noise control. Lots of complaints from multiple people. The breakfast was very limited of only sausage and eggs.
