Nice bar and comfortable rooms.

Liked: Clean rooms; comfortable bed.
Disliked: Check in wasn't confusing. I booked another day outside of ConcertHotels.com.

Don't recommend

Liked: Only thing good is that it is close to Levi stadium
Disliked: Checkin was supposed to be at 3pm. We showed up a little after 4pm and were told house cleaning is behind, they asked for our phone number to call us when a room would be available. This took almost an hour. We were there to enjoy a concert at Levi stadium and couldn't even get settled before having to head to the concert. They did give us a free drink, however, the bartender had no idea what he was doing. Kept leaving the bar to go to the kitchen or to try to figure out who ordered food. It was a hot mess. I will not be staying here again.

Rooms were not ready at...

Liked: The facility itself was nice and it was great that they offered a free shuttle to Levi stadium.
Disliked: They didn’t have a room ready at the time of check in, which was 3pm. I understand it was a busy weekend (the Morgan Wallen concert) but it was expect to be able to get into our room at 3pm and there’s really no reason they shouldn’t have been prepared for something like this. It was unacceptable that there was a list going of people waiting for their rooms and there were like having to get ready in the lobby.

Spacious room and quiet location.

Liked: Location was quiet and easy to get to. Room was spacious and clean. Check out time at 12pm was perfect for us. The bar stayed open late which was also great.
Disliked: At check-in they told us our room wasn't ready and that we had to wait for our room to be ready. Location to the Levi stadium wasn't as close to walk to.

Disliked: The rooms were not ready when we got there. The check in time was 3 we got there at 4 and wasn’t jot assigned a room we were asked to wait and call us when the room was ready.
