Overall the room was nice...
Liked: Was in walking distance to the restaurant we went as well the room was spacious enough for the pack and play and pull out bed.
Disliked: The breakfast was included but with tiny vouchers that we weren’t informed that if we lost them they weren’t replaceable. We misplaced them and the staff at the front desk pointed to a sign and just said not replaceable which I thought was very unhelpful and ridiculous. Make the vouchers bigger and inform people of this policy.

Disliked: Chlorine level in hot tub was too high - it bleached my bathing suit and irritated my skin. Wouldn’t recommend wearing an expensive bathing suit in the hot tub there. Otherwise stay was good.

Great breakfast, great amenities, staff...
Liked: The property was clean and I enjoyed the amenities thoroughly. The breakfast was very good as well.
Disliked: Unfortunately I requested an invoice twice through the app, both messages were ignored. When I approached in person to the front desk ladies (I believe they were Filipino), they informed me they had received my requests from the app - but didn't bother to respond to them. Again I asked for an invoice in person, they told me they cannot provide me an invoice as I had used a third party to book and they didn't take payment. I went and checked on my app and it clearly states on booking.com that only the hotel can issue an invoice. I went back to the front desk a second time showing them this, still they denied me an invoice. I had to call booking.com, who had to call the hotel and request an invoice on my behalf before it was finally e-mailed to me by the hotel. An unnecessary runaround, please educate your staff so I can wholeheartedly give a 5 star review next time, as my stay warranted it in every other capacity.
