Our stay was wonderful! The staff was so kind and booked us on the highest floor they could with a great view and balcony. Room was clean and affordable. Hotel was beautiful and in a great location. Very happy with our stay and with ConcertHotels.com!

Liked: Staff was great. Room was wonderful and so affordable. Perfect commute to venue.
Disliked: There were dishes in the hallway the entire time we were there, but that’s it.

Needs to be cleaned and...

Liked: The indoor pool was nice and location was convenient.
Disliked: I saw two cockroaches during our stay. One large and one tiny meaning they have had them for sometime. I also had to call 3 times(hours apart) for a roll of toilet paper and fresh towels before they finally arrived. This really ruined my overall experience here because I couldnt use the restroom in my room for hours and did not want to go downstairs after seeing the roaches crawling around.

Liked: Staff was friendly. In a good location and everything was clean.
Disliked: Our room that we were first given wasn’t ready when we went to get in. Everything was fixed and we were moved to another room which was fine!

Very nice place to stay...

Liked: We liked being able to see the city from the balcony. Couldn't really see the river. The bed was very comfy.
Disliked: We didn't get up in time to get to breakfast downstairs.
