Our stay was wonderful! The staff was so kind and booked us on the highest floor they could with a great view and balcony. Room was clean and affordable. Hotel was beautiful and in a great location. Very happy with our stay and with ConcertHotels.com!

Liked: Staff was great. Room was wonderful and so affordable. Perfect commute to venue.
Disliked: There were dishes in the hallway the entire time we were there, but that’s it.

Will never stay there again

Liked: Wasn’t very clean and staff was rude at one point told me I don’t like people in my lobby. The one guy was screaming and yelling how he hated his job. Told us they would take money off the room and never did. We was given two big towels and when asked for more they gave us hand towels to dry off. The guy said yep this is all we have. Ridiculous 350 for 2 nights and can’t get towels or nice people

Liked: I’d say location to the ballpark. Not the actual location because it was a nightmare getting in and out.
