Our stay was wonderful! The staff was so kind and booked us on the highest floor they could with a great view and balcony. Room was clean and affordable. Hotel was beautiful and in a great location. Very happy with our stay and with ConcertHotels.com!

Liked: Staff was great. Room was wonderful and so affordable. Perfect commute to venue.
Disliked: There were dishes in the hallway the entire time we were there, but that’s it.

Liked: I liked the king whirl pool room.
Disliked: It was dirty, and the water didn't work until 1030p.m we were very disappointed !!! We paid extra just for that whirl pool , and wasn't able to enjoy it !!! Let alone take a shower ! We weren't even compensated for it at all !!!

I wouldn’t recommend this facility...

Liked: I could see the city skyline
Disliked: The windows to the balcony were filthy. The whole hotel looks ran down. Two of the three elevators were down upon arrival. The next morning all three were down and everyone had to use the staff elevator making my wife late to here appointment. It took over 15 minutes to get to ground level
