Our stay was wonderful! The staff was so kind and booked us on the highest floor they could with a great view and balcony. Room was clean and affordable. Hotel was beautiful and in a great location. Very happy with our stay and with ConcertHotels.com!

Liked: Staff was great. Room was wonderful and so affordable. Perfect commute to venue.
Disliked: There were dishes in the hallway the entire time we were there, but that’s it.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: All of it my spouse has a lot of medical issues and there was mold all over the room informed front desk and the response I received was horrible. I was advised I don’t know what to tell you and what do you expect for the money wow is all I can say and asked for a different room and was told that was not allowed once assigned a room that is what you get.

View was great.

Liked: Nice view. Close to the interstate. We knew that Covington was a pretty city and enjoyed it.
Disliked: Our room's hair dryer was missing. We can't understand why the housekeeper didn't notice it! And there is no dryer left at the hotel. We paid extra to get this premium queen room. We've never seen such a room without a dryer for this level of hotel.

overall, i would never stay...

Disliked: the room floors and shower were filthy. the security door latch was removed. the air conditioner was extremely noisy.

I will not come back....

Liked: The color change of the hotel at night.
Disliked: My sink in my room didn't drain. So cleaning up was difficult had to use the shower to brush my teeth and wash my face on the morning. I paid 200.00 and we had to wait to wash our hands. The pillows were too soft, very uncomfortable. The check in attended was not a happy person. The gentleman doing the check out was much better. This was my granddaughter first road trip.
