Radisson Hotel Charlotte Airport

Kind of a sketchy part of town; check in staff was nice but the room could have been much cleaner.

Disliked: The room was dirty, bottle caps and straw wrappers on the floor from drinks we didn’t have in the room.

Liked: Staff was amazing location to destination was good. Bathroom was clean and updated
Disliked: Room was updated but sheets had a couple stains. Smell of room was kind of moldy. hotel overall was outdated amenity wise. Some of the location depending upon where you enter is a bit sketchy.

Liked: This is my third stay and it was great . Always polite and very professional .

Convenient, clean and inexpensive

Liked: I liked the shuttle from the airport, The staff was available 24 hours, room service and on site restaurant, other businesses open later than 9 p m, quiet clean rooms, really hot showers,
Disliked: They have a pool. But it is only open from 10am to 8pm. I got in at 10pm and had to leave for airport before it opened. The front desk said it opens later so they can check it. This is ridiculous. This simple task should be done first thing, and the pool should be open longer. The fitness center is 24 hours, but I swim for exercise, and really needed a good swim to relax. Why have an expensive amenity if guests can't enjoy it?

Disliked: Restaurant was awful. No air conditioning and crappy food overpriced. We ubered to another restaurant.
