Not what I expected for...

Liked: Great location
Disliked: The room had a very noise added air con unit. Bedside surfaces and remote control were dirty. Staff were lovely and changed corked wine which was delivered to the room. Food options were basic and limited. The room on the top floor had 2 windows with no privacy blinds. Offices looking right in so had to keep the heavy blinds closed constantly. The lift was always stuck on a floor so had to use the stairs which were uneven and very narrow.

Liked: Fabulous staff who incredibly kindly, without asking moved our one booking to an accessible room with early check in as my husband was recovering from an operation.

Absolutely excellent would definitely recommend

Liked: Great room with aircon and great location. Very clean and breakfast lovely and staff were helpful.
Disliked: blinds were not fully blackout.

Disliked: Rooms are very very very small and not a double bed me and my partner were squished if it wasn’t just a one night stay I would complained to change rooms as the room was a size of a cupboard

Brilliant location for Hyde park

Liked: Excellent location for festival at Hyde park. Only a 5 min walk. Felt really safe getting at 11pm too, right off Oxford street. Very happy, will definitely return and recommend to others.
Disliked: Nothing
