Liked: The Grange is located very centrally a few minutes walk from Holborn station and about 15 mins walk into the West End of London. Has a spa facility.
Disliked: The spa didnt have the loungers as advertised on posters and publicity material. Nowhere to relax properly if you weren't using the facilities.

Great location, pool and people
Liked: Location is great. Pool/sauna was fantastic. Staff was very helpful.
Disliked: The air conditioning seemed weak. Fortunately it was cool enough to just crack a window. I’m sure if I had asked they would have helped!

Central location, level of comfort...
Liked: Location, had everything one needs for comfort, competitive price. These guys had bathrobes, slippers, big bottles of toilet products, cleaning service at any time, etc that would put other hotels at the same price point (or more) to shame … plus it had a unique vibe
Disliked: The lobby scent was a bit too funky for the mrs

We will never come back...
Liked: Only location.
Disliked: The bathroom was tiny. And the room was dirty. We were staying 2 nights and ask for the cleaner to clean the room but they didn’t even sweep or mop the floor. The box of tissue in the bathroom is empty and they didn’t refill it. My father left the tissue under the pillow and after they clean the room, it still there. With the money I spent £871/2 nights it’s totally unworthy and unpleasant to stay.

Liked: Hotel is conveniently located by the British Museum. Lots of food options in short walking distance. Room was large with exceptional blackout curtains. Kamil was wonderful barkeep, and all staff were very kind. Our room was very quiet.
Disliked: The duvet was excessively hot, even with air turned to very cold. I asked for lighter weight blanket and was informed none were in the hotel. We used our robes as blankets. Food menu was just ok. The bathroom/bathroom door were designed poorly. For many Americans, the coffee maker would not be considered a real coffee maker. Nespresso coffee machine or instant coffee were only provided options. Thankfully, we packed our own emergency coffee-making kit. Traffic is a nightmare, which is not the hotel’s fault. Getting to anything took much, much longer than times quoted by Uber.

A belated holiday to celebrate...
Liked: The room was extremely comfortable.Plenty of choice for breakfast. Easy to get to all tourist attractions
Disliked: I don’t think anything could be improved

Great location, good service, clean...
Liked: The location was good for where we needed to be in Shaftesbury Avenue. The staff were helpful. The decor was funky and made for a unique experience.
Disliked: The aircon in our room wasn’t performing well. It didn’t give out cool enough air, which left the room on the warm side. Bed was uncomfortable for our needs.
