NYX Hotel London Holborn by Leonardo Hotels

Liked: The Grange is located very centrally a few minutes walk from Holborn station and about 15 mins walk into the West End of London. Has a spa facility.
Disliked: The spa didnt have the loungers as advertised on posters and publicity material. Nowhere to relax properly if you weren't using the facilities.

Disliked: The room wasn’t ready after the time we were suppose to check in. The air conditioning in room didn’t work properly called reception twice about this but it was still far too hot in the room to sleep. I had booked two rooms and the other one the door kept banging all night even though it was locked so you kept thinking someone was coming into the room.

Liked: The Spanish guy on reception....he was friendly, helpful and efficient. The prosecco and sweets on arrival was a nice touch.
Disliked: Kids access time to pool was too long.

Short Summer break in London.

Liked: Location of hotel excellent for theatre land.Staff in hotel were great.Nice big bed.Breakfast spot on.
Disliked: Pillows for bed could do with an update.Not hotels fault but our room (419) next to a locked room which must house some electrical device or something that just buzzed all night,so earplugs helpful.

Liked: Large, comfortable rooms, serviced daily by housekeeping, welcoming reception lady who met my request for a room at the end of a corridor, room service delivered swiftly and very tasty too, great location for my work.
Disliked: just the bedroom doors banging when they shut - disturbing sleep ......

Liked: We were very happy with the location. Close to Holborn station and approx 10mins on foot to Covent Garden.The staff were friendly and the facilites that we used were clean.
