Disliked: We were put into the smallest room couldn’t even open the suitcase

Liked: Hotel is well situated just off of Oxford st and down a small side road so traffic noise was not an issue.
Disliked: Room was not cleaned adequately, we found blood stains on the duvet cover and rubbish on the shelf of the beside table. Noise from the hallway and the 2 doors in to the lobby being unlocked and then slamming shut was rather disturbing until late and then again from 6am on a Sunday morning!

Convenient location, but cramped room.

Liked: Quiet, well located. Quaint. Helpful staff. Bed comfortable.
Disliked: Very cramped space. Breakfast not available until 7:30. We had to be at a nearby destination at 7:30. Prepaid, not able to be refunded. Would have been happy to have a credit. Absolutely no space for our suitcases. Made for very uncomfortable room.

Fantastic small hotel with great...

Liked: The location was ideal for access to Hyde park and shopping. Every member that served us at reception and in the restaurant were efficient and welcoming. The room was well air conditioned, quiet and comfortable . We had lunch and breakfast in the restaurant which was excellent.
Disliked: Nothing !

Wonderful experience reasonably priced for...

Liked: I enjoyed the warm welcome from the receptionist on arrival (Katryn I think her name is) was professional, answered all my questions with a smile and made my check in very special especially after a long drive. The location is amazing for shopping and hyde park events. I think an upgrade would look fantastic in the entrance of the hotel with some beautiful flowers, art, sculpture To make the welcome a little more gorgeous and get a luxurious feel..
Disliked: The carpets in corridors and no hotel parking.

Disappointing

Disliked: Things are somewhat in disrepair (room 402): The air conditioning unit was noisy. The grab bar in the shower was broken. The flush mechanism on the toilet only worked on the big-flush setting, but the water-saving option did not work.
