Had a wonderful time in...
Liked: I had a room on the top floor. It was comfortable accessible and had excellent air conditioning.
Disliked: I couldn't find a way to raise the temperature of AC and had to turn it on and off to feel comfortable. At night t was too cold

Very good
Liked: I found the beds to be incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were free of any unpleasant odors. The room size was acceptable, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. They managed to move my rooms to the same floor, which allowed me to enjoy a larger bathroom in the double bedroom on the third floor. In contrast, the bathroom in the second-floor room was quite small.
Disliked: I found the corridors to be quite narrow, which made navigation difficult. Additionally, there is only one elevator that serves both guests and staff, leading to long wait times, especially during busy periods around check-out. Speaking of check-out, the 11 AM time felt early, and the latest extension offered for one room was only until 1:00 PM.

Awful. Do not stay here.
Liked: Location is good
Disliked: We stayed for two nights on Saturday and Sunday last. There were several problems with our experience. It seems that Your staff have no service lift - which means often waiting for the lift, then sharing it with dirty towels and the cleaning trolley. On Saturday the aircon unit in our very small room leaked water on the bed. Your engineer came to fix it - requiring emptying out the water. (Room 417) . The room is not as pictured on the website. We had breakfast with you on Sunday morning. Your Greek yoghurt was curdled, the scrambled egg watery, and the hash browns soggy. I ordered avocado with poached eggs. I was asked how I’d like those eggs and I chose medium. The eggs were over cooked and the avocado was watery. On Sunday evening after 10 pm the ac unit started to leak again - onto the bed. Your staff offered a room change to a twin bedded room. We were told there was no engineer available at this hour - so the choice was to Try to sleep in a wet bed with a leaking ac unit or take the alternative room. We packed up and went to reception. The new room (401) had a portable ac unit which was vented to the open window. We were told about this unit at the last minute - we would not have agreed to take this room if we’d been told - we would have left your hotel if we’d understood what a terrible night we were about to have. The options were: a very noisy aircon unit or a very hot and stuffy room with noise through the open window from Oxford street. Neither of us got much sleep. Overall this was a very unpleasant experience. We’d like a refund for at least one nights stay. We’d like an apology. We’d like to know how you’d change these issues for your future guests. We’d appreciate your urgent response, We emailed the hotel directly on the 14th- but they have ignored us.
