Liked: Very helpful staff, and a very central location
Disliked: Check-in was delayed, and after a busy day of travelling that was disappointing, but the staff dealt with it well.

Liked: The location only. Reception staff were great too. But that’s all.
Disliked: If I could do it all again knowing what I know now, I would have booked somewhere else. Breakfast is not good here at all. The hotel should really look at the two people in charge of breakfast over the Easter weekend. Arguing loudly with eachother. More concerned about generating tips and rushing u out. I actually felt like I was an inconvenience. The guy server kept giving out to the female server. She was trying to shh him but he wasn’t bothered that guests could hear. I asked for a fresh pot of tea, after waiting ages and he basically grabbed the pot and started to give out to the girl again. Then I got the teapot back and he basically put water in on top of the same teabag. Having to constantly wait to get his attention for things that should have been available and visible to guests. I would urge hotel management to look at these two, don’t take my word. Plant a mystery shopper guest in there to report back to you .
