Liked: The location was excellent, just a 1 minute walk to Oxford Street. The hotel staff were all lovely, very friendly and so helpful. Breakfast was very nice.
Disliked: We booked a deluxe triple room, it was not a deluxe room in my opinion, if anything it was a standard double. The room was small in size and very cramped with the third pull out couch/bed which had an extremely thin mattress.

Disliked: Size of the hallway is very small (1person walk) and price compare to size of room
