Enjoyed my stay and would...

Liked: Loved location and room was very comfortable. I did find only two down lights were working in the room and meant to mention it to the staff. But forgot. The room was therefore a little dark but I enjoyed the stay. The gym was a bonus and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: The room was a bit dark as not all lights were working. I meant to mention to the desk but forgot to do so. So assume they would have sorted. It would have been good to have a separate shower rather than over the bath as it was quite high to step in and out. But a non slip mat was provided for the bath which was good.

Liked: Staff were friendly, room was clean and the bed comfortable.
Disliked: No instant coffee sachets and cleaner knocked on our door at 9:30 am on checkout day to see if they could clean the room early. We weren’t due to leave until 11am. It had woken us up.

Liked: Clean, spacious room overlooking the street corner ideal for people watching!Location was great and in walking distance from all the attractions and shopping in Oxford Street.Plenty of coffee and food outlets nearby
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: Housekeeping was shoddy … hand wash and shower gel were empty and no tea bags

Short Theatre Break

Liked: Hotel is in an excellent location, room on 6th floor, very quiet, not disturbed by any noise. The room was small but had everything you needed, bed and pillows were comfy. There was even an iron and ironing board in wardrobe. 2 cans of still water provided daily and a large jar in Reception where you could help yourself to biscuits (assorted Walkers minipacks)
Disliked: Small shower cabinet, fixed head shower, no shower caps provided.
