The Spotlight on Radisson Edwardian Kenilworth Hotel

Luxury Meets Location in the Heart of London

Modern and elegant, the Radisson Edwardian Kenilworth Hotel offers a refined 4-star experience just steps from the British Museum and a few minutes' walk to Oxford Street’s buzz. With designer furnishings, marble bathrooms, and rich fabrics, this centrally-located hotel blends style and comfort in one of London’s most dynamic neighborhoods.

Guests enjoy free WiFi, plush Egyptian cotton linens, and premium Noble Isle toiletries—perfect for recharging after a night of live music. With Tottenham Court Road station just 984 feet away, it’s easy to get to and from your concert, no matter the venue.

Why Concert-goers love it

Location is everything—and this hotel nails it. You’re within easy walking or Tube distance to iconic venues like the O2 Academy Islington, Roundhouse, and Soho’s lively music scene. Despite the central location, rooms are known to be peaceful, letting you wind down after the encore. A 15:00 check-in and 11:00 check-out give you a comfortable window for pre- and post-gig relaxation.

Who this Hotel is great for

  • Groups of friends heading out to a gig, with plenty of bars and late-night eats nearby
  • Solo travelers looking for safety, style, and centrality
  • Couples planning a music-filled weekend getaway
  • Fans who want a quieter, more refined recovery space
  • Budget-conscious music lovers looking for luxury perks without five-star prices

Food and Drink Options

Hungry after a show? Scoff & Banter, the on-site restaurant, dishes up comforting Modern European classics like beer-battered fish & chips and shepherd’s pie until late. The bar offers a selection of fine wines and creative cocktails. There’s also 24/7 room service for late-night cravings, and cooked breakfasts are available to help you recover the next morning.

Nightlife Options

You're just a stroll away from vibrant West End nightlife, including Covent Garden pubs, Soho lounges, and Leicester Square’s clubs. Prefer to stay in? The hotel bar is a classy spot for a nightcap featuring local craft drinks in a relaxed setting.

What People Say

Guests rave about the prime location, with many loving how close it is to theatres, music venues, and major Tube lines. The plush rooms and stylish decor also get top marks, as does the friendly and professional service. The hotel’s elegant vibe makes it feel like a treat, even if you’re just staying one night.

Areas for Improvement

Some guests mention that rooms facing the street can catch a bit of city noise, so if you're a light sleeper, request a room facing inward. Bathrooms, while luxurious, can be on the compact side in some rooms.

The Bottom Line

If you're heading to London for a concert and want a stylish, central, and quiet place to crash, the Radisson Edwardian Kenilworth Hotel hits all the right notes.

Great location, friendly staff, and...

Liked: The location was excellent, perfect for exploring the city. The staff were very friendly and attentive, which made my stay more pleasant. The room was quite small, but that’s typical for many hotels in London, so it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, the quality was good for the price. I just wish it had been a bit cleaner — the room felt a little dusty. Other than that, it was a generally good experience.
Disliked: There were a few things I wasn’t fully satisfied with. The room was a bit dusty, which made it feel less clean than expected. There’s also an issue with the elevator — with nearly 20 rooms on each floor, we had to wait quite a while for the elevator during busy times. Breakfast was okay, but I think it could have offered more variety. Overall, there’s definitely room for improvement.

Disappointing

Liked: The breakfast, iron board for work clothes
Disliked: We got the standard room - shower head was broken- all the water was splashing everywhere, phone in room doesn’t work, room was not cleaned the day after - someone turned do not disturb on for us. Staff was not helpful - uber cannot wait - he told me to wait to help lift a heavy baggage. After helping - I said thank you - he left with an angry face. Staff threw away my bottles and said they could not find it - dishonest staff. Furnitures are old

Overnight stay-whilst there to watch...

Liked: So near to Tottenham court rd station and the Dominion theatre-which was purpose our visit and our overnight stay.Loved the fact you could hire umbrella for £3, as it was pouring with rain when we got there-and had forgotten to pack ours. Bed and pillow was super comfy!! Water in the room was nice touch…
Disliked: Check in took too long. The room was too hot. The fridge was in a little cupboard and it was chucking out very hot air…. I think that’s why the room was so hot!! The option of the window blind was either all the way up - or closed (all the way down). No Inbetween-but I guessed if I could see into other people’s rooms, then they could see into ours. Our toilet was positioned way too low down and toilet seat was broken / on the tilt. The hotel bar didn’t have pink gin or Pimm’s…Breakfast wasn’t very exciting unfortunately….When I booked this stay I stated it was our wedding anniversary on our booking. They didn’t even wish us a ‘happy anniversary’….Other hotels I’ve stayed in London on our wedding anniversary, have left us either a complimentary bottle of wine/ complimentary chocolate/ or a slice of complimentary cake…
