Wonderful stay; staff very welcoming; facilities top class and would stay again.

Liked: Great location, very clean, good service (especially the daily towel change), and the room size is perfect compared to European standards.

Disliked: We stayed at the Radisson Blu Glasgow on 25th August 2025 and purchased a “Celebration Pack” (fizz, chocolate-covered strawberries, and rose petals on the bed) to make the occasion special. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.When we arrived, only the rose petals were in the room. After informing reception before dinner, we were promised it would be fixed. On our return, there was a bottle of prosecco, but the chocolate-covered strawberries never appeared, despite the assurance given.It may seem like a small detail, but this was a paid package for a special occasion, and it was not delivered as promised. The lack of follow-through and incomplete service left us feeling let down.We also contacted the hotel via Booking.com regarding this matter, but unfortunately never received a reply.A hotel of this category should pay more attention to detail and ensure that what is advertised and sold to guests is fully provided.

Liked: Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable beds, well equipped room. Nice hotel lounge and very nice staff. Excellent breakfast. Enjoyed check out at 12:00, managed a morning walk before we had to check out.
