Disliked: Room 408The room was cold as the sash window had dropped and we couldn’t close properly. Very noisy as there is a busy pub outside and we couldn’t close window. Sofa bed that you made up for my daughter had a huge dip in the middle of the bed and she had a terrible nights sleep. Carpet was really dirty at edges. We paid over £550 for this room and I felt like we had been way overcharged for this stark white characterless room.

Surpassed all our expectations.

Liked: The location is an excellent base for visiting central London. The room was fantastic, with the bed being exceptionally comfortable after a long day touring around London. The staff at the hotel were brilliant. We arrived early due to our early am flight into London and the Concierge “Eddie” was more than accommodating. We were in London to mark a personal family occasion and the hotel had arranged for a special welcome gift in our room. All in all a fantastic stay and we will definitely be back!!
Disliked: No dislikes. The property is excellent!!
