Really enjoyed my stay and...

Liked: Quiet room on the 7th floor, high standard of cleanliness, comfortable bed, bathroom with bath. Fabulous buffet breakfast (great choice and quality). The reception staff were all cheerful, polite and a credit to the hotel. Special shout out to Ed (Head Concierge) who could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and I have nothing but praise for them. Location is great too btw.

Disliked: Mattress on the bed was in really poor condition. Had collapsed on one side.

Liked: Excellent position, spotlessly clean. Staff especially helpful and attentive.
Disliked: Very expensive for the room we had. Hairdryer and telephone didn’t work in the room.

Liked: The location is absolutely perfect for the theatres and an ideal base from which to explore London. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a premium room which was spacious and clean.
