Our overall stay was great!

Liked: Perfect location for us and the breakfast was lovely.
Disliked: The room was lovely but slightly small for four people

outstanding experience, both London itself,...

Liked: The location beside the British museum was excellent. If you like walking you can walk to the theater district or Buckingham Palace.  Enjoyable view from our fifth floor room. 
Disliked: The toilet function was poor.

Would definitely return.

Liked: Reception team were excellent. I had informed them why we were visiting. (Wife 50th). They opened the check-in with a Happy Birthday, in the room there was a Birthday card and a cake.

lovely hotel in a great...

Liked: spacious, comfortable, very clean rooms. Friendly staff and no wait to check in or out. Location is also excellent for restaurants, museums, theater district, public transportation.

Superb

Liked: Good hotel next to the British museum. Very good breakfast. Gym is a bit small, however I've been able to use the larger one in another Radisson hotel around the corner.
