Liked: Size of room was good
Disliked: We paid for premium room but there was a few things. The air con had damp patches on the floor and didn't work and kept making a loud noise during the night, there was half a toilet roll left and the water pressure wasn't powerful! Just feel like I've paid a lot of money for something that wasn't premium.

Disliked: The service at the bar was extremely slow so not a good place to have a drink before going out for a dinner.

Impressive outside. Does not live...

Liked: Great location. Room was ready when we arrived. Good wi-fi. Complementary bottle of water by bed. Iron (no ironing board). Hairdryer provided.
Disliked: The room was very noisy from traffic and the plumbing in the bathroom. The room is very dated with antiquated phone sockets and computer ports. Bathroom had older fittings with noisy shower over bath. Bed was OK but only one pillow each, uncomfortable when watching TV, which kept losing connection. Kettle with tea, no biscuits. Expect a bit more at a four star. Ate in the hotel. Food was Okay, but it was really cold in the bar / restaurant and we ate with our coats on. Staff said they couldn't adjust the Aircon. Poor vibe in the bar which closes at 10.30; even to guests. Overall it looks impressive on the outside but let's you down inside.

Disliked: Put into a box room as only staying one night at the back of the Hotel. Booked Standard Double but your photos do not depict the actual room plus the view of the hotel is NOT the same entrance.
