Liked: Beautiful hotel convenient for Heathrow Airport. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were really impressed with the restaurant. We had a delicious meal served by Christina who was friendly and welcoming. She really is an asset to the company and has great customer service skills! The breakfast was exceptional with high quality ingredients.
Disliked: Nothing! We had a lovely stay

Disliked: They take a security deposit when you check in which is refundable on departure. Till date my refund hasnt been done and they keep saying it will be done. Absolutely disappointed.
