Fabulous! luxurious hotel stay in...
Liked: Fabulous location in the heart of Leicester Square, so well placed to get to everything we wanted to. Incredibly helpful staff who looked after us ( I was travelling with my 13yo son who is a wheelchair user) and were very accommodating to ensure we had enough space for his chair. Looked after our luggage whilst we shopped too. Room was spotlessly clean, well equipped and we loved the Nespresso machine & full size smeg fridge. Gorgeous toiletries and lots of fluffy towels in the bathroom too.
Disliked: We stayed at the front of the hotel so as expected, there is considerable noise from the square into the early hours. Found out afterwards that reception have ear plugs on request but these would have been better in the room as I didn’t think to ask!

Superb
Liked: The staff were very helpful and location superb.
Disliked: My room was a little noisy and I would have appreciated Netflix, esp as the hotel is quite expensive.

Liked: Excellent central location close to the business district and close proximity to attractions. Big rooms and the most delicious breakfast. The staff at the reception and the breakfast are kind and helpful.
Disliked: Wifi was quite slow

Comfortable secure hotel in a...
Liked: We were upgraded at check-in to a suite, likely due to the fact that they couldn't meet our request for a two room bed, which was a great solution. The suite gave us a king bed and a pull out bed which worked for us. The bathroom was large, with lots of large plush towels and a heated towel rack (one of my favorite things about the UK are those heated towel racks). The bed was comfortable as well. Everything was quiet clean. The hotel location was fantastic, with lots of restaurants, shopping and museums within minutes walk. Staff were friendly and they held our bags in a secure area after check out.
Disliked: The room was quite warm - the AC didn't work though to be fair we didn't call down to get it resolved as we only stayed one night. Our guess is it wasn't turned on yet for the season since it was early April. Windows didn't open so that wasn't an option. It was quite loud on a Saturday night, even with ear plugs in, but its a central London location so that's to be expected (we were facing into the square). Housekeeping knocked vigorously and for a long time at our door at about 830pm to see if we needed anything. Given I had just flown overseas and was already passed out asleep with jet lag, this was not ideal. My UK friend was still awake though and eventually went to the door in her pj's to tell them to leave. Maybe 830pm is not the time to knock on hotel room doors??Only other funny/odd thing we found was everything in the room was askew....mirrors mounted to the walls at a slant, art hung crooked, shower wall hardware installed at a 25 degree angle. It in no way impacts anything but we did find it hilarious that everything was bolted to the walls crooked.
