Liked: Location is fantastic in the centre of Leicester Square - it’s also an easy 5 minute walk to Covent Garden The staff ( especially the reception staff) were fabulous - so helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make our stay special
Disliked: It’s expensive and the bar is a bit soulless- a strange, unsociable layout.

Disliked: Ancient carpets that look very tired and feel dirty.Our windows stared directly across the office building, and we had to keep our shades down constantly. That was not very enjoyable.

Liked: Really comfortable bed and lovely staff. Perfect location and good amenities.
Disliked: Our room had I think the boiler room or a water leak next to it so there was non stop dripping all night

Liked: Location was excellent. Staff so helpful.
Disliked: The bed was rock hard and small, uncomfortably hard. The room was cold too and very tired. Breakfast room was so busy, small tables, food cold. It just wasn’t the best for the charge.
