Very poor
Liked: Na
Disliked: I was overcharged for my room and I’ve tried to complain but got nowhere. The lift wasn’t working and the rooms were tiny. A rip off to be honest

Bad
Disliked: The was no aircon and no advance warning, even when we dropped our cases in before check in. We couldn't open the windows as we were on the first floor on Oxford Street. The room was far to hot to sleep in. We would not have booked the room had we been made aware of the lack of aircon. When staff said we should have checked other customer reviews I was astonished. I booked the rooms in January in good faith. I was a returning customer and had had a lovely room, with aircon previously. I will not be returning again, nor will I stay in a Radisson again. This is not due to the lack of aircon, but Radisson have chosen not to communicate with their customers about this. In my view this is deceitful and mis-selling. I booked two rooms through Booking.com and I am intending to seek recompense through this channel.

Good location friendly polite staff....
Liked: Warm friendly atmosphere. Friendly staff members.
Disliked: We came during a heat wave and the AC wasn't working, no pre warnings were given. The renovations have been ongoing prior to our visit yet booking.com and Radisson failed to mention this anywhere. The weather was already pre forecasted for a heatwave yet the hotel failed to mention the AC system was not working and hadn't been working for a while. It made the stay/sleep very uncomfortable, more so because I am peri menopausal and it felt like a sauna in the room. Only one small fan was given which did nothing. Couldn't leave the windows open due to the noise outside. The towel rail in the bathroom was on which meant it was hot in the bathroom. When I inquired with the lobby staff they told us the towel rails could not be turned off. The fridge in my room was also not working which meant I wasn't able to have any cold water. I had to ask for a cup of ice. The bathroom looked like it had unfinished work. There were screws drilled in the wall/tile but left uncovered. The bath tub also had not been cleaned properly as it had dirt or some black residue on it. The tap in the bathroom was too low in the bowl, it made it difficult to use. Staff suggested the hotel was fully booked so we couldn't be moved and it was too late to accommodate us elsewhere.Only plus was the hotel did have a welcoming feel and customer service from staff couldn't be faulted. For the price we paid for one night in the current state of the hotel I honestly would've booked elsewhere as I felt cheated and overall frustrated. To date, bookings.com nor Raddison's have any suggestions or warnings on any of their sites letting customers know about the ongoing renovation or AC problems. This is hugely misleading!

Location - yes! Everything else...
Liked: Location is great, right next to Bond Street underground
Disliked: Cleanliness and overall standard of the rooms. Shower spurted everywhere meaning the bathroom floor was soaked every time. No ventilation in the bathroom so unbearably hot even after a lukewarm shower. No air conditioning made rooms incredibly hot and uncomfortable. Very difficult to sleep. Cleanliness is as sub-par. Beds very dusty and crummy around the leather base. Carpet bare in areas.
