Disliked: Booking.com said breakfast included, continental or full English/Irish breakfast, but on arrival was told only continental was included in the price of £97.50 for one person per night. Cost for cooked breakfast additional £10. Even though I questioned this it was not acknowledged.

Liked: The staff are great, very helpful, professional and friendly.Excellent wide range of food and drinks on offer in the bar.Good location not far from the two main stations.

Lovely, friendly, calm vibe, fantastic...

Liked: Staff were amazing - friendly, easy going and super helpful made me feel very calm before a hectic day. Breakfast was lovely - fantastic coffee lots of beautiful fresh fruit - blueberries strawberries raspberries, good proper croissants. Location is perfect too.
Disliked: Shower took a very long time to heat up...I actually thought it wasn't working.I was in a massive rush - maybe if I'd been a little calmer I wouldn't have noticed so much...

Barrowlands trip

Liked: Great place to stay,ideal location for me to go to Barrowlands. Staff were very welcoming, felt like a house guest.Great place to eat too.
Disliked: The door lock was very difficult to manage on my room but am sure this will be addressed. Sadly wasn't able to open the window so was a bit too warm.Definitely stay again and recommend
