Disappointed but staff lovely

Liked: Structure wise it’s an amazing building and staff were very kind
Disliked: It was in poor repair dirty and lumpy pillows filthy windowsills and carpets skirtings and wooden fittings all needed a good strip and re painting with all this in mind I chose not to risk eating there it needs closed for a good facelift

Good but could be better.

Liked: The suite I had was huge for a very reasonable price.It was like an apartment.Breakfast was modest but included in the already very reasonable price.
Disliked: The shower was luke warm only and would not provide a hot shower over the 4 days I stayed.The room was not made up despite a request to do so.

Disliked: Toilets downstairs in the reception areas were not so clean and paper towels are better than actual towels

Liked: Great location, attractive building, lovely grounds.
Disliked: Tired bathroom with badly chipped bath enamel and a hideous black plastic shower curtain. No outdoor seating area apart from a few plastic chairs mostly used as a smoking area by staff.
