Will return back to Quentin...

Liked: Great location near public transport, parks, cafes and restaurants. Nice breakfast buffet.The family room was well equipped and fits well for a family of 5.
Disliked: The last night there was a party on the hotel next to the family rooms. The music ended 3 o'clock in the morning and therefore we didn't get much sleep. We have subsequently been in dialogue with the hotel regarding this and they have treated our inquiry with respect. They have decided to look into their internal procedures to avoid such experiences going forward. Furthermore, Quentin Boutique Hotel have decided to compensate us for the last night.

Good

Liked: Hotel is quite modern, very friendly staff. Different interesting decisions are implemented here, a lot of branded staff (the designers’ work was quite good), room was large in comparison with other city hotel.
Disliked: The room was quite dirty, the sofa was in spots, the door in the toilet and toilet also. There was dust on the table.

Exceptional

Good but 1 day was...

Liked: Nice Big and clean room.They had a drink free for us in the room!
Disliked: I didnt like the bathroom,is big but wthout enough light and without privacy.The door is from glass which doesnt close with locker and also from the bed they can see you that you are in the bathroom.Also the location is not convenient! Is not in the center!.

I love this hotel and...

Liked: Great room, extremely comfortable bed and wonderful staff. Every additional request got fulfilled immediately. And the area around the hotel offers a nice selection of great restaurants.
Disliked: The building and rooms are visibly getting old and slightly damaged here and there. The owner(s) should really plan to start taking care of this.

Exceptional

Liked: The room is so big and the bathroom even is so fancy the staff very cheerful and welcoming
Disliked: Everything was great

Excellent hotel, lovely big family...

Liked: Excellent location as near the SBahn and a lovely street with restaurants called Leonhardstraße, staff were brilliant, so friendly, and breakfast was delicious. The room was great too, lots of room for a family of 4.
Disliked: We forgot to mention it to the staff but the door to room 500 bangs every time the outside rooms next door come through the balcony door. I’m sure the staff would have helped resolved it
