Very good

Liked: Location was very concenient with transportation closed-by. It was also a quiet area for sleep and relax.The room and the bed were confortable, the bathroom was new and staff was nice and helpful.We could get a breakfast box earlier than the starting time of the buffet the day that we left so we could get a train on time.
Disliked: We were missing more options in the buffet such as fruit, bacon, pastries and scrumbled eggs.

Liked: Great location, extremely good value for money for the location.
Disliked: As expected for the price it was fairly basic but there was nothing specific that was negative.

Liked: I enjoyed my stay at this hotel for many reasons: the beds were comfortable, clean, and there were no bed bugs, the room was spacious, and the staff was always very helpful whenever you needed something. I will definitely come back. Bonus points for being close to the tourist attractions and the train station.
Disliked: Nothing to add.

Perfect location for exploring London

Liked: The location to paddington train station The street the hotel is on is very nice tree lined and nice buildings.
Disliked: The room was small. Especially the bathroom at times its difficult to move around Especially with a suitcase in the room.

Pleasant

Liked: Very friendly people working in the hotel.
Disliked: Dusty carpets, especially under the beds that clearly were not moved for while. The mattress probably needs changing as the springs were visible. Visible stains on walls etc.

Good value for London

Liked: The hotel was easy to find, close to Paddington Station. The room was as described & spotlessly clean. Small but adequate & a fan provided, which was very welcome.
Disliked: Nowhere to sit apart from on the bed but acknowledge that the room was too small.

Liked: Very friendly staff, great hotel room, very clean in all areas, good and tasty breakfast.Good location, near Paddington Station. My son and me were absolutely happy. We will definitely be back.

Liked: Very clean, cute room. Fantastic location, cannot beat it! Great bed.
Disliked: The elevator was a little scary and doesn't go all the way to the upper floors. As is typical in the UK. Breakfast was okay, one day they didn't put out any fruit, which was disappointing. Super small room, but again, that is to be expected.
