Very basic

Liked: Location
Disliked: Underground room so no view, No WiFi, tv didn’t have any channels, only two plugs for 4 people. No air con

Liked: It was spacious
Disliked: Not sound proof, I was originally meant to stay at the queen park hotel but I was moved due to a “leak” I wasn’t informed until I arrived at the queen park hotel.

We had a great weekend...

Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location. Overall cleanliness was ok nothing to grumble about.
Disliked: The rooms were very small, beds were very wobbly. We didn’t saying anything as it was a short stay and didn’t have much of an impact. Awful fat smell as you went through the dining room to the first floor even in the evenings.

Disliked: Our check-out experience was unacceptable. Oksana, the staff member at the desk, was uncooperative and displayed a rude attitude. Her colleague simply left for a break, leaving us with an unresolved issue regarding our deposit. We had clearly confirmed and received approval for a late check-out, yet at the last minute they demanded the deposit and refused to store our luggage. This forced us to stand with all our belongings, creating an unnecessary and extremely frustrating situation. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic customer service was shocking.

Lovely stay, lovely staff

Liked: Property was very clean, such a perfect central location and the staff were very accommodating and helpful
Disliked: Rooms are a bit small and not very sound proof BUT it’s definitely worth it for a few nights
