Quality Suites Milwaukee Airport

Very happy with my stay at Quality Suites - the staff was very helpful and the rooms clean.

Liked: Nice rooms; well kept and free breakfast.
Disliked: None.

Liked: The staff was very helpful.
Disliked: Seemed a bit run down. For example, the shower curtain was frayed and torn at the bottom. The sitting room had an empty feeling. It's not a homey feel. Needed more furniture.

Liked: It was quiet location close to the interstate allowing one to travel all around Milwaukee. Offered bare-minimum for a pleasant stay.
Disliked: First room was half-cleaned with no bed sheets or towels. The second room was better kept. The room and whole hotel seemed to be very outdated and understaffed.

Liked: Grand kids loved the pool and breakfast was good.
Disliked: The fact that there is a 150.00 deposit on each room is a little much. 2 couples left after hearing that and asked to get their money back at check in.

Liked: Cleanliness. Pool & hot tub.
Disliked: A/C wasn't blowing cold air in the room.

Liked: The only good thing was the breakfast and the man that prepared it. I believe his name was Pat. Very nice!
Disliked: This hotel was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. They say that they’re a smoke free facility but the entire floor wreaked of pot and cigarettes. The rooms obviously weren’t cleaned very well because when my daughter’s sippy cup went under the bed, there was a bunch of leftover snack wrappers from the stay before us. They were doing some kind of construction outside the pool and it was very loud! The hotel reached out before our stay about the elevator being broken, asking if we still wanted to stay. It put us in a bind because it was State Fair weekend and a lot of the good hotels were already booked. When I made the reservation had to put on there how old our kids were. When we went to check in to the hotel they had put us on the 4th floor with no other room options. So my husband & I had to carry our 2 year old and 3 month old up the stairs along with the rest of our luggage. When we got on the 4th floor there was a garbage can of garbage left outside a room (Friday afternoon) and it was still there Saturday night! The pool deck had black hair and used band aids all over it! Was definitely not worth $130 a night. Trying to talk to anyone at the front desk was absolutely useless and I called Monday to talk to a manager and they said the manager would be in Friday and call me at 10:30. Called today at noon and they said the manager would be in at 2. Recently called and “oh the manager isn’t coming today.” Ridiculous if you ask me. Then when I make this review they will feed some crap about “We will let our staff know.” Don’t stay here!

Not fun lunging your luggage’s...

Liked: Breakfast area is always keep nice and clean and food is always topped up before it runs out
Disliked: Lift was out of order and seems to have been out for some time and we have to walk up 4 floors to our room and the room has this smell that doesn’t seem to go away, maybe it’s the carpets which has seen better days
