Quality Suites Kansas City International Airport

The Quality Inn is well kept, clean, and the staff are extremely helpful and nice. I was only able to stay one night, but if I could have stayed longer, I am sure I would have enjoyed all the amenities this location offers. BRAVO!

Disliked: We used taxi recommended by hotel and $35 for a 3 mile drive was a little much.

Exceptional

Liked: Convenience of being right by the airport. It's an hour and a half to drive to the airport and when you have a 6 am flight it is much easier to stay at the hotel and get some rest then take the shuttle in the morning. We stay there whenever we fly out of the KC airport.

Disliked: The smell of the property was terrible. It smelled very old. They really need to replace the carpet.

Disliked: That they charged an extra hundred as a hold then didn’t give all your money back when left in tip top shape they also had snacks that we paid cash for that was also charged to the room

Disliked: There were no linens for the hide-a-bed, and calling down to the front desk didn't bring us more.
