Great hotel

Liked: Location, rooms were tip top cleanAlways supplied with clean towels, etcShowers were awesome.
Disliked: Continuous doors slamming, smell of cannibis 24 hours a day. Should put a smoking shelter off the rear of the parking areas.Breakfast was nice, but the coffee was very week, the eggs didnt taste real, tasteless basically.Would be better off with just pastries and good coffee.Pool would be so much better if it were heated, more people would be out there using it.

OK but lacking in hot...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The problem we had was that we had NO hit water. In worldwide travels … everyone turns hot water ON by turning the faucet to the left , cold to the right. We called the front desk telling them about the problem.
Disliked: HOT WATER that works incorrectly. It seems that the room we had was hooked up backwards. No one informed us !! We had had a quite stressful day. Ready for a hot shower and bed. The rental house we had stayed in had a sewer backup and we weren’t taking cold showers. Anyway the handy man checked our water while we were eating breakfast. He explained that the water was hooked up incorrectly in this room , BUT we DID have hot water … although the staff all seemed to be aware of this except the girl on duty on the 28th of March. I am more frustrated with the lack of knowledge by the front desk. IF in fact this is the only room that has problem maybe when renting the room someone could be sure to tell you of the problem. Otherwise the stay was OK. We were off to the airport in the morning. We are older people who also had a problem with no elevator … 2nd floor was tough.

Comfy home away from home.

Liked: Breakfast was great, but the best part of our stay was the staff. They were so polite and friendly. We really felt that they did everything they could to make our stay the best it could be. The pool was great too.
Disliked: The tub looked a bit old. You could tell the fixtures were dated.

Liked: Convenient location (close to the airport, across the street from 3 different fast food places), staff was very friendly, baby crib was available
Disliked: Very high moisture in the room; on our first day the pool was pretty dirty (bugs in the water); water in the pool was cold (not refreshing but uncomfortable, even for the kids); very limited choices at breakfast
