Disliked: Clerk at front desk was rude and didnt care about her job. TV didnt work in the room. Bathroom was dirty and the bathtub didnt drain water. Overall the worst hotel experience Ive ever had.

Liked: location breakfast was good,hot eggs,good coffee
Disliked: hotel needs upgrades. wall in shower stained, carpets worn. signage to hotel not obvious, used GPS to find it.

Liked: Staff were great and friendly, hotel and room were very clean and spacious
Disliked: I booked room because of pool, pool was closed down and breakfast food was under cooked , orange juice tasted like warm water. And only 1 ice machine on main floor, uncomfortable when you are relaxing in your room and need ice.

Disliked: The room carpet was horrible and damaged. Was a pleasant presentation. The bathroom in the lobby didnt work. They need a overhaul.

Disliked: The hotel added a $75 incidental charge after we arrived. It also wasn't the cleanest hotel .

Disliked: Checking in took longer then expected (the clerk appeared to not know what he was doing); the free breakfast had stale cereal, poor tasting coffee and no other selections (no eggs, meat or toast); our room did not have a working AC and was very hot

Liked: Easy location to find. Check in and out very efficient -- man at the desk very friendly.Room was clean and neat shower was very nice.
Disliked: Free breakfast should have fruit and the waffles didnot taste good. But the cereal was fine and coffee good. Should have coffee or hot chocolate during the day if wanted a cup.otherwise it was clean and neat.
