Bad

Disliked: Horrible! We got to the hotel and checked in, once in the room the tub and shower were gross and the heat DIDN’T WORK! We decided there were too many other places to stay in the area and asked for a refund and to cancel the stay. The manager gave us a hard time but eventually realized you can’t have guest stay in a room without heat.

It was ok but it...

Liked: That there was breakfast.
Disliked: That the drinks in the vending machines were expired. There was blood on one of the pillow cases.

Liked: I like that it was near restaurants I like that there was a restaurant in the hotel attached the workers were very helpful
Disliked: I thought it could have been better with the upgrade a lot of stuff is old each room had something different in it you know the TV controller I couldn't turn up the volume or do any of that you had to get up and touch the TV the carpet the refrigerator the bathroom and he's all upgrade I had two rooms the other room was more of an upgrade paired to the room that I stayed in it just needs a really big upgrade

Liked: Price.
Disliked: At the desk they asked for an additional 60.00 deposit for no reason. The room had a dirty chair, torn fitted sheet, light and telephone did not work. The tv control didnt work, the bathroom fan did not work and the heater fan did not work. I had to go up and down stairs twice as there are no elevators to ask for help since the telephone did not work. Staff was friendly. I finally just shut the tv off since you could not select any channels. When the heater came on it smelled like burnt wiring so down the stairs I went to the office. I asked for a different room and was told no because we sat in the beds. I will be letting others and our group to not stay here and why.

Liked: I reserved the jacuzzi tub room. It was nice to relax and enjoy.
Disliked: Walls were paper thin. I heard everything in the next room during my entire stay. Toilet seat was broken. Shower was stained. I believe it was clean, but stained.
