Quality Inn Wenatchee/Leavenworth

The hotel was fully booked with dogs for the CKC local dog show but we were treated very well as we needed directions and information for the concert we attended at The Gorge. I can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't use it but our room was clean, staff was friendly with maps and directions upon request - we will go back.

Liked: Nice clean hotel with a friendly staff; clean pool and hot tub; didn't have the breakfast but would go back.
Disliked: None.

Truth and light

Liked: The helpful staff were very kind and took care of every need or problem that I expressed to them they were very courteous and respectful
Disliked: High construction going on around the outside of the hotel grounds and the fact that the whole hotel will not have any power from 9pm to 5am

Liked: The staff was friendly and the breakfast was exceptional
Disliked: The toilet in my room ran continuously all weekend long. The noise was very unpleasant to listen to while trying to sleep

Disliked: The property could be a bit more cleaner

Liked: Location to our venue, quiet street, fairly comfortable bed/pillows
Disliked: Slow check in, first room had no smoke detector and smelled like pinesol. Had to move. New room had a leaky running toilet, the air conditioner would not stop running, no iron, fridge/freezer was totally full of frost.

Liked: Price, availability. It's a decent room in a decent part of town for a decent price.
Disliked: Breakfast was nothing to write home about, but it was included in the cost of the room so I can't complain too much.

Liked: Quiet night, late check in (11.15pm), hot water for tea, decent breakfast.
Disliked: Staff could have been more friendly when I rang and asked about late check-ins.
