A week in the spring...

Liked: The staff were friendly and courteous and helpful and everything that we needed to do to do there, I like the Jacuzz and pool we felt like we were home.
Disliked: I would really like it if they did a breakfast with eggs and bacon or sausage it doesn't have to be a lot of different breakfast items.

Gross

Liked: Disgusting rooms, place was under construction and was housing illegal immigrants.
Disliked: No smoke detectors, pillows were gross, bed spred had cigarette burns

Exceptional

Disliked: Air conditioning unit was apparently missing a few screws it was rattling and noisy

Liked: Location
Disliked: Construction supplies stored in the lobby. Entire facility looked like it was being Remodeled, but nothing finished. Breakfast area was not presented well and not fully stocked.

Liked: Absolutely NOTHING.
Disliked: It was filthy, pillows size of sofa pillows, smelly and bathroom dirty especially bathtub. Quality not even close. AND They charged me for 2 nights when after checking in, only 2 hrs earlier. Said I wouldnt have to pay for 2nd night. Then charged me.

Liked: New flooring
Disliked: Hotel was under renovation. Our room had new flooring and new shower with no cup holder. The a/c units under the window were filthy, one did not work. Dirty couch in sitting area. Walls bare and had patch marks as though prepped to paint. Very dilapidated

Disliked: Front desk was a little slow

For the price it was...

Liked: The guest services put me in a room with no air conditioner. When I called, he apologized and got me a room with a working air conditioner.
Disliked: It is a bit run down
