Disappointing

Liked: The room was like new everything was clean. The hotel was very nice.
Disliked: I reserved a handicap room. The toilet was too low. It didn't have a grab bar. One chair was broken. We stayed multiple days and didn't get our room cleaned on half the days and no clean towels.we asked for them one person was rude and said no. The other person let us have them. The smoke alarm went off every day and night at different times. On Friday and Saturday night loud noise from the nearby drag strip was annoying till midnight.

Liked: The location was good
Disliked: Roaches, the elevator shakes and makes very load banging noises while moving. We could hear it in our room anytime someone used it. Needs updated. Water is warm at best never really gets hot.

Disliked: Everything sometimes you had to take out your own trash make your beds walk a long ways for ice ask for bath towels and things

Disliked: mold all over bathroom....unhealthy smelly mold

Disliked: The elevator was too shaky. Took the stairs instead.
