Liked: The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: The staff isn't friendly. The place is raggedy, dirty and outdated. Wet floor signs everywhere. The carpet is horrible, and the bathroom is dirty also.

Absolutely do not recommend

Liked: Heather at the front desk was very kind and helpful!
Disliked: There is extremely slick bathroom tile in the poolhouse. My kids fell multiple times and my youngest son busted his mouth falling. No, they werent running. It was so slick just walking was slippery. The hallways and room were FOUL. The smell walking into the hotel alone should have been enough for us to turn around and walk right out but the kids wanted to swim. The beds were made but that appears to be all the cleaning staff are good for. The sheets did not appear clean, the smell was enough to make you gag and everything was just generally disgusting. Splattered dirty stains all over the walls, mold in the bathroom, just overall uncleanliness. The curtain covering the window had a large hole and didnt even close meaning everyone in the parking lot had a free view to the room, and the AC unit was being held up by some kind of dusty and musty cardboard.

Disliked: They could not fix the TV in our room so we were without TV all evening and the next day. Also the roof started leaking in the middle of the night onto our dresser and TV area.

Liked: The location was very close to where we were needing to be in the morning. Did not get to try the breakfast although it looked decent.
Disliked: Wiring and outlets were coming out of the walls. Lights weren't working, and there was an odd smell like pee or very old muskieness. Could also here everything happening around us as well as above us.

Ridiculous. I've been there twice....

Liked: Night staff was friendly. Day staff just rude actually it was an older couple.
Disliked: Day staff walked right in the door knowing we were in there knocked once no time to answer and walked right in. Old Indian male. I was getting dressed in the bathroom with the door open!
