Liked: The property looked good except for both exits being closed off during some construction, which I feel is a fire hazard and they should have cleaned up after each day so these are available for use or do one at a time, but not both.

Passable

Disliked: Refrigerator in room did not work. Room was super hot when I checked in took at least a couple hours to cool down.

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Booked this hotel for pool and hot tub only to find out it was being redone, they said they sent an email, also left a message and changed it on booking.com. They had my phone number wrong and I never received an email, very disappointing. Breakfast was the same every morning, a change would have been nice

Superb

Liked: Clean, staff friendly, close to many restaurants and store. Price was right. We were also called a week before our stay to let us know the pool and hot tub would be down for repairs. Nice that they notified us. It didn't change our plans but nice to know in advance.

Good value but needs updating.

Liked: Price was good for the area. Good shopping and eating places close by. Good overall location. The pool and hot tub were not available but the hotel called to tell us before our trip. Much appreciated.
Disliked: The carpets need to be replaced or at least cleaned good. They were stained, faded and torn in places. Breakfast was the same all three mornings. A little variety would be nice for people staying multiple days. The bed was too soft for us and made a lot of noise whenever we moved.
