Our stay was fine. Room was clean. Very close to the 1st Bank Theater. Had no problem getting a cab to the venue and back to the hotel. Would recommend!

Seemed like a nice hotel till we got back to our room and pulled the pillows up and there were hot wheel cars underneath so obviously the room hadn't been cleaned so we called the front desk and all he kept saying was that the room was clean - finally we asked for new sheets and the gentleman threw our sheets on the beds and called us a nasty name and told us we put those cars there!!! I was outraged! Don't stay here - disgusting service and rooms!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I stayed there last night for a concert at the 1st Bank Center and it was a good location. The noise/walking above us got a bit annoying, but for the price we paid...you get what you paid for. The front desk staff was NOT very helpful though.

I spent one night here to attend a concert at the 1st bank center and the location was awesome. The room was clean and although there is no counter in the bathroom, it was alright for one night. The only complaint is that the walls are paper thin. We could hear every movement on our entire floor. Voices, tv noise, walking, doors, water running. Bring earplugs.

Liked: Washing machine didn’t work, staff didn’t know how to help or fix this issue. I needed to do washing
Disliked: Breakfast was terrible, don’t expect much. Pretty much nothing to eat besides sugar based everything or old cold soggy hash browns.. gross.

Liked: Everything was fine until I tried to extend my stay (beyond the five nights I had already stayed) and they wanted to change my room and charge an additional $30 per night over and above what I had paid for the five previous nights!I will NOT return to this property and not likely to this chain!!
Disliked: I’ve said it all…other then the location was 11 miles (on way from my only purpose for being in Colorado at this time) so if it wasn’t for the more economical room rate…or I would not have stayed for more than 1 night.

Liked: I really liked the location and how quiet the neighborhood is.
Disliked: There was nothing important, but the dining room seemed a little small. I reported to the front desk twice that the bathroom sink was clogged.
