There is a man that stands with an angry look and arms folded as you are checked in. He does this same thing at their terrible "free" breakfast. The second it turns 9:30 he is running to grab the disgusting breakfast items as fast as possible so no one can have seconds (why they would want them is beyond me) - there is nuked sausage, nuked round egg "slices", same exact tray of donuts and bagels both days; the orange juice tasted like it was as old as dirt. Unripe oranges and cereal with no labels so you can't tell if it's gluten free or not. The only decent thing is the waffles, which aren't gluten free and they were out of mix the first day. The pool had pieces of the ceiling in it and signs all over that if there are more than 5 people in the pool (seriously??) at once they will get a fine of $100. Also no one is allowed to swim alone or they will get fined $100 also. The "hot tubs" are stuffed away in the bathroom and the water in the bathrooms is so chlorinated it comes out blue and leaves a "taste" in the air. Definitely NOT worth the exorbant price they charge.
Liked: The maid didn't bother us, as we stayed 2 days.
Disliked: Everything else.

We stayed for the National Quartet Convention (Freedom Hall) and the staff was really helpful in giving us instructions on how to find our routes to different places in town. Room was clean.
Liked: Very friendly and helpful.

was terrible, couldn't sleep all...
Liked: I liked the breakfast and the pool
Disliked: There is no Jacuzzi by the pool , very noisy next to the highway. Someone called me in the middle of the night asking me for my security code, after he introduced himself as the hotel manager. He knew my credit card info and my room number (scary). They have a sign in the hotel saying this will happen, but they can't stop it. They can hire me and I will stop the hacking. It doesn't make sense.

This hotel met our needs,...
Liked: The bed was decently comfortable, and the air conditioning was working up to snuff in the blistering July heat.
Disliked: Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke, the walls were paper thin so we could hear everything going on in the halls and next door, the shower had no water pressure and came out barely more than a trickle, and we were somehow under the impression that there was a hot tub, but it had obviously been cemented over.

It served it's purpose.
Liked: The location was close to the University and easy to find. The room was clean and it was quiet.
Disliked: The bathroom needs updating and the water pressure was bad. It took a long time for the water to get warm enough to take a shower.
