Liked: The staff could have been friendly and I didn't feel welcomed. I will not return or recommend it to others.
Disliked: Didn't feel welcomed! They made me feel inferior since I booked through a third party. When I asked for a receipt, I was told they couldn't give me one since I booked through third party. I then told them why did they take my payment. After he checked he gave me a receipt.

False Advertising: The ‘Quality’ Is...

Liked: Quality Inn that doesn’t pass the quality inspection.The property owners ask for a $100 deposit that is not included in the room rate, but I ended up with a dusty, moldy room with cigarette burns—and the entire place smelled like an ashtray.The woman (or women) at the front desk were unfriendly, unwelcoming, and downright judgmental. I don’t know what kind of guests you usually deal with, but it’s a mistake to assume everyone will tolerate rude behavior.They were incredibly rude when I brought a friend to the room—how did they know? Because they were literally watching the cameras and counting people, then immediately called my room. Being watched like that in a place where you're supposed to relax is beyond uncomfortable.Also, you're not allowed to leave your pet in the room at all, which makes this place far from pet-friendly.The surroundings are falling apart, and the property even more so. The bathroom and tub were gross and outdated. Honestly, this hotel wouldn’t pass any inspection if someone actually checked.The price of the stay should be at least 50% cheaper for what you're getting. Or the women at the front desk should be 100% friendlier to make up for all your shortfalls. You’ve gotta choose one, bad customer service, or bad product, both is just unacceptable.

Disliked: When we came to the hotel around 10:00 at night, NONE of the 4 lamps work! Only the bathroom lights. I called the front desk (while using my phone's flashlight) the women said that there was no maintenance. I told her that I wanted my money back and we were checking out. Sure enough a man should up. He tried all of the lights and they did not light. He left. He came back with new lightbulbs. That did not work. He said that it must be the breaker. The bathroom lights work So I KNOW it was not the breaker. I have pictures of the light switches hanging from the wall. They said that they would move us to a new room. VERY disappointed.
