Staff was great. Had a shuttle that took us to and from the Luke Bryan concert - that was great for us, since we did not know where we were going. Will defintely stay again.

Disliked: The parking lot backs up to a homeless encampment. There were drug deals happening in the parking lot, prostitutes were actively soliciting in the parking lot and the hotel pool area.

Disliked: The building that’s detached from the actual hotel : other rooms was a distance for someone who is unable to walk far distances . When requested they did not accommodate. Was able to because there were rooms available closer to the lobby . I did not feel safe

Liked: That the location was near the cruise port
Disliked: A lot of variants hanging around

Liked: Bed clean and comfortable. Room overall was neat. Great for price and complimentary breakfast.
Disliked: Didn't care for the neighborhood. The single chair in 119 needs to be done away with. Not appealing at all.

Liked: Front Desk Persons are Exceptional in Customer Care, The Friendliest Front Desk Persons I've come in contact with since before COVID,. When entering facility it smelled clean and fresh. I was greeted warm and Friendly, professional by Cedric who was on duty at My time of Check-In. I elected to stay another night and the Young Lady on duty was Professional, Beaufiful Energy and accomodating to My needs. I truly appreciate this staff.The room waa so very roomy and big and clean and bed comfotable, felt like home. Beautiful lamdscape. .nice open area outside to ground, do yoga, just relax in the Sun. Nice pool area, and lets not forget waffles, bagels, cereal, fruit, coffee, tea, juice for breakfast
Disliked: I didn't like it was time to go home.
