Pleasant yet busy and eventful.

Liked: The overall peace, friendliness of staff, initial condition of rooms, comfort of beds,and the distance to my businesses. For others, very close to restaurants, two malls: Crabtree & Triangle Town Center, as well as, Public transportation - Local bus #1 & 15L (leave hotel to the right at parking lot exit - follow the road to the BP station and there is the stop for the number towards Triangle Town Center Mall with plenty of restaurants and shopping along the way. Can also get off and transfer to another bus for Walmart Supercenter; Exit parking lot to the right and follow out to the main road where you can catch the 15L in either direction for more.) Download Umo App for public transportation travel routes and fates.
Disliked: Late arrival for my reservation due to flight issues. Arrive early the next morning as a late check in and had to pay an additional $20 as an early check inAfter thought, I paid $201.83 for a two night stay instead of the three initial nights. I would like reimbursement and my deposit has yet to be returned.

Very Far From Airport

Liked: The front desk staff was nice and the room was clean
Disliked: Limited breakfast items. Bathroom shower needs re caulking, hooks in bathroom need tightened, Stairway windows need cleaning. Location was sketchy in evening with homeless people wandering around. Very far from airport

Liked: Hot endless water and water pressure. Location was very convenient to downtown Quiet but in the hood
Disliked: No breakfast! That crap they call breakfast not even hot. No eggs, meat, protein,. Yogurt and waffles

Disliked: Please restock the soaps every day you don’t have to clean but restocks the toiletries Im begging.
