Quality Inn & Suites near I-480 and I-29

Liked: Front desk clerk was so nice and helpful. The room was clean.
Disliked: Really nothing bad, just an aging hotel. It was clean which is the most important to me.

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: The room was very outdated and the bed was uncomfortable.

Not what I expected.

Liked: I did not like anything about the Hotel. The service was bad From the front desk beyond. Room was dirty. Tv not working. Bed was uncomfortable. I think people were actually living in the hotel. The whole place was run down in need of maintenance.
Disliked: Nothing. It was so bad I decided not to stay. The manager would not refund my credit card payment even after I offered to pay the cancelation fee. Will never stay at another quality inn hotel.

Liked: The plain Jane breakfast was ok
Disliked: The bed threw me because of the frame the boxsprimgs sat in was broke the remote for TV didn't work there wasn't any towels and the toilet kept plugging up there wasn't any plunger I asked for some kind of compensation the guy at the front desk just laughed at me I wish I could have help with the compensation the other problem is the money was taken off of my card but the front desk when I checked in let me pay with cash so maybe you can get that straightened out for me thsnkyou

Disliked: Room had only one bath towel and to go back to office to get what should already be there 2AM arrival.minimal bath items and coffee maker was broke and unusable.,plus very poof lighting..
