Quality Inn & Suites Jacksonville-Baymeadows, Jacksonville

Very disappointed.

Liked: The young lady that checked me in was very pleasant and professional and did a great job. The sheets were extremely soft. Bathroom was acceptable, it did have nicer counter tops, as if it had been upgraded somewhere in the distant past. The lobby looked fairly nice.
Disliked: The rest of the hotel was filthy. Dirty hallways. The beds were sagging (room 118). Lamps were broken. Walls were thin, I could hear doors slamming all night long. The bathroom door opened into the entry door which was difficult to work around. Ice machine was broken. Pool and hot tub were empty/ out of order. Just overall poor condition. I felt unsafe leaving my elderly mother there alone while I was working.

Liked: I was able to get a few hours of rest and take a shower. It was rated 2 stars
Disliked: My grand daughter thought it was the worst... she would not sleep under the covers ..bullet hole in the wall.. black spectrum in bed holes in the blankets...not the best location. Alot of issues.Elevator was dirty... parking bad.

Disliked: Needs updating - shifty characters hanging around, room had a rusty door, just overall gross

Disappointing

Liked: New rooms and floors was very nice
Disliked: I didn't like that pool and spa was out of service when I booked for 3 days and 3 night's but overall it was good and safe because sheriff office is located right beside it.. I'll stay again when everything is finished there. Wanted to say thank you Nick.
