Liked: Good location
Disliked: Booked this hotel for pool and hot tub only to find out it was being redone, they said they sent an email, also left a message and changed it on booking.com. They had my phone number wrong and I never received an email, very disappointing. Breakfast was the same every morning, a change would have been nice

Superb

Liked: Clean, staff friendly, close to many restaurants and store. Price was right. We were also called a week before our stay to let us know the pool and hot tub would be down for repairs. Nice that they notified us. It didn't change our plans but nice to know in advance.

Good value but needs updating.

Liked: Price was good for the area. Good shopping and eating places close by. Good overall location. The pool and hot tub were not available but the hotel called to tell us before our trip. Much appreciated.
Disliked: The carpets need to be replaced or at least cleaned good. They were stained, faded and torn in places. Breakfast was the same all three mornings. A little variety would be nice for people staying multiple days. The bed was too soft for us and made a lot of noise whenever we moved.

Wonderful 1st time as a...

Liked: The hotel was very nice, the room was clean. Very comfortable bed and the amenities were very nice.i loved how the towels smelled clean. Sometimes in hotels that rare. It smelled clean in the bathroom as well.
Disliked: The curtains on the window were stained and dirty. The room had a weird smell to it like the people before is has a cigar or something. I would suggest adding more coffee to the basket, more cream and sugar. There was a single dark stain on the bed sheet and black streak marks but could of been from mascara or something, easy to clean off.
