Clean, no concernable smells, working AC/Heat, hot water for showers, mini fridge and microwave. 15-20 minutes from The Factory. Would book with this hotel again. Only thing that would sway me on this is if they effectively don't return my deposit.
Liked: Everything was as expected.
Disliked: Extremely small miniscule issues. Mostly aesthetic problems than anything else. Cracks need fixed, paint needs redone here and there. Light fixture covers missing.

Chris was really nice and helped us out with a early check-in when we arrived in Dallas sooner than expected. Elizabeth was very friendly at check-out, and really sealed the deal of our already great experience. This is an excellent hotel for a great price with a very nice staff! 10/10 would stay again

My second stay here, will definitely return! Location is awesome, near mall and downtown. We love the pool and the staff is very helpful. Easy to find right off the highway and I do believe there is night time security!

Looking forward to going back next year and plan to stay there. Was very convenient getting around and only minutes from AAC. Plan to bring more friends with me next year. Also looking forward to new décor, as we were told Best Western at City Place was getting remodeled.
Liked: Great breakfast; staff was very nice; room well stocked and clean.
Disliked: Nothing really.

Overall experience was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location and offered a 24-hour cafe. The only two downsides to the hotel was the shower and the sound. The shower water pressure was very low and the water leaked all over the floor because the design was unlike normal showers - great in theory but horrible on the execution of design. You could also hear your neighbors very easily. The continental breakfast was good, better than most. Hot food as well as cereal and pastries. Would stay there again if the opportunity arose.
Liked: Hotel staff.
Disliked: Shower- poor water pressure.
