All of the staff were very professional and courteous. The location and price can't be beat. The hotel could use a facelift, but, again, because of the price, it was a very positive experience.

Liked: Location - 4 minutes from Cincinnati Shakespeare Company; Price - most reasonably priced hotel in the area.
Disliked: Although it was a non-smoking hotel, someone was clearly smoking on my floor. I could smell it as soon as I got out of the elevator. Fortunately, I didn't smell it in my room. The hotel is rather rundown.

The breakfast was great and the room was very clean. Would stay there again.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Bed was clean but sprayed everything with Lysol.
Disliked: Very old interior; carpets stained in rooms and hallways; bathrooms not updated and dirty; toilet didn't flush well; black hair on towels that was NOT mine; dirty shower curtain and shower and sink had dirty black caulk (room 922). Stayed on Tuesday 8-19-14 to Wed 8-20-14 and looked like we were the only guests. Man at desk was very rude about issues - offered to switch our rooms but I told him of our schedule and said it wasn't feasible. Asked for a discount - he said no and I could just check out. I had 2 young girls with me - will report to Cincinnati BBB.

Liked: I just grabbed an orange and an apple. The orange was hard dried up. This hotel is located in a decent area but definitely need some remodeling.
Disliked: The doors to the entrance were never locked. Anyone can just walk into the hotel. You couldn’t see out of the widows because they were filled with dirt.

Disliked: Not very clean at all, toilet paper roll had a hole in it and never got switched out from last stay. Shower wasn't scrubbed down and toilet had poop on it.
