All of the staff were very professional and courteous. The location and price can't be beat. The hotel could use a facelift, but, again, because of the price, it was a very positive experience.

Liked: Location - 4 minutes from Cincinnati Shakespeare Company; Price - most reasonably priced hotel in the area.
Disliked: Although it was a non-smoking hotel, someone was clearly smoking on my floor. I could smell it as soon as I got out of the elevator. Fortunately, I didn't smell it in my room. The hotel is rather rundown.

The breakfast was great and the room was very clean. Would stay there again.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Bed was clean but sprayed everything with Lysol.
Disliked: Very old interior; carpets stained in rooms and hallways; bathrooms not updated and dirty; toilet didn't flush well; black hair on towels that was NOT mine; dirty shower curtain and shower and sink had dirty black caulk (room 922). Stayed on Tuesday 8-19-14 to Wed 8-20-14 and looked like we were the only guests. Man at desk was very rude about issues - offered to switch our rooms but I told him of our schedule and said it wasn't feasible. Asked for a discount - he said no and I could just check out. I had 2 young girls with me - will report to Cincinnati BBB.

It’s in a bad area...

Convenient to the game but...

Liked: This hotel is easy access to the sports facilities (Reds and Bengals). Easy access to the highway. The staff was very polite and friendly.
Disliked: This facility is in MAJOR need of updating. There were half patched holes in hallway walls. The security bar on our door was not attached to the doorframe. The table in the room had one leg not even screwed in to the table. The sidewalk and parking lot have cracks and broken pieces. You can hear highway noise. The toilet seat was loose and the bathroom had water stains on the ceilings.

Liked: The pool was outside which was nice.
Disliked: The building was falling apart. The room was extremely dirty and the hotel had a horrific smell to it.

Everything was good except for...

Liked: The breakfast was good. The people were friendly. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: I didn’t like that they charged $100 deposit. It didn’t say anything like that in there site so I was a little upset about that because that hundred dollars was part of my trip that I didn’t know I had to spend so I ran short.

I will not be returning.

Liked: That it had a rooftop parking garage
Disliked: The staff was horrible. I didn’t get room service. I had to make my own bed.
