Disliked: The coffee quality could have been better and separate towels would have been nice by the pool.

Disliked: The breakfast isn't really breakfast. Not everyone can ear bread ad yogurt for breakfast. This hotel used to have great breakfast. Scrambled eggs at the least.

Disappointing

Liked: The owner/staff was extremely unhospitable in the morning when after asking for a late check out on booking they still were hanging on my door at 1130 and threatening that I must get out the room or else ? .,..uh excuse me sir or else what?? Like I have never been"kicked "out before even blow drying my hair. On top of being extremely pushy about the early "late checkout" he entered my room and proclaimed he was not kicking me out that he was just going to charge me snn extra day as I was carrying my bags downstairs idk .
Disliked: I loved the room and on check it was very kind and welcoming , just very turned off by the pushy morning disturbance and the question. Of if I worked last night as if implying some sort of inappropriate inuendo. I was very confused and a little humiliated by the commet

Great potential, disappointing management

Liked: Location was great, bed very comfortable
Disliked: The manager — despite multiple evidences of our booking, manager claimed we had no reservation. After extensive time, claimed to be rebooking us in available rooms (not following notes in the reservation) and saying we were lucky to get rooms. The facility was NOT full. He was planning to adjust the rates to match our confirmed reservation and we specifically asked to be informed of any problems while there for multi-night stay.He was not present when we checked out and the rates were incorrect— we had to follow up the following week during his work hours (inconvenient to our work) and request the price adjustment again. Now waiting for that to process off of our credit card.Employee working at checkout could easily see the notes on the original al reservation and apologized for us not receiving the handicapped placement. She was delightful and all phone call prior to stay were simple and smooth.Manager clearly trying to increase our price and made the stay much more difficult.

Passable

Liked: Quiet location but close to the village. Also, the bed was really comfy.
Disliked: The complimentary breakfast was appreciated but it’s a bit uncomfy to prepare it with staff observing you. Also, the pool is much better in the pictures. Rooms are good, but a bit old-fashioned and dark.
