Older property that needs updating, but really great location to Capitola.

Disliked: This place needs a deep clean. The dirt in the tracks of the closet is nasty. Its an old place and has had some work done outside, but some updating (new flooring for one thing) would make a huge difference. I went out to my car to get something and when I got back the keycard didnt work. It took a good while to track down a desk clerk (as Im wandering around in my jammies) and when I found her she said oh yeah, its an old system, the keys demagnetize all the time. Great.
